• Basic technical details: the page you used, how you reached it (for example which advert), and standard browser information.

How we use it

• To match your request with one local kitchen professional and pass your details to that company so it can contact you about a quote.
• To contact you ourselves about your request, for example to tell you who you were matched with.
• To keep records of requests and consent, prevent spam and fraud, and measure how our advertising performs.

Who we share it with

We share your request with the one kitchen professional we match you with. That company pays us a fee for the introduction. It is an independent business and is responsible for how it uses your details.

We also use service providers to run this site, such as hosting, form processing, messaging and analytics. They may handle your information on our behalf.

We do not sell your details to lists of contractors or to marketers.

Calls and texts

If you tick the consent box, we and your matched professional may call or text the number you gave about your project, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages from that sender.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and consent records for [period], then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices
